Choosing deductibles is an important part of buying a good car insurance policy. The Chevy Suburban ranked second out of eight in the large affordable SUV category, according to U.S. News and World Report. The Suburban with the base trim level can tow up to 8,100 pounds. Despite its size and towing capacity, it still handles better than other trucks and has a smooth ride. The Suburban gets only 15 mpg city and 21 mpg highway. Unfortunately, safety data for the 2011 isn’t available. When it comes to insurance, the Suburban is in the middle of the road at $1,182 a month.

Reform Mandate Unconstitutional, Law as a Whole Stands

According to the ruling issued by the Atlanta court of appeals, the mandate that requires Americans to purchase health insurance or face penalties is unconstitutional. The panel ended their decision divided 2-1 with the majority deciding that it is an improper exercise of federal authority to force insurance coverage on citizens.

The court, like others that have ruled against the reform law, in part or in whole, say that the individual provision exceeds Congress power to regulate interstate commerce.
